A place with a very pleasant family atmosphere, overlooking the Chapala lagoon, the place is super cool. The staff is friendly and attentive. And finally the food is super delicious.

Excellent lakeside setting, super-friendly staff, and superb food Great little restaurant, off the beaten path. Located at the far end of the public parking lot along Paseo Ramon Corona, Mariscos el Carnal is far from the maddening crowd along the Chapala boardwalk. The restaurant is clean, light, and airy, and features superb vistas of Lago de Chapala. The food on offer is first-class, both in preparation and presentation, with the salmon relleno being one of the finest I've eaten. Prices, too, are fair given the quality of what's on offer. Highly recommended...

Our waiter was very attentive, generally good service. The food is delicious and well served, I recommend the zarandeado shrimp. The waters are also very rich. It is very comfortable, has a view of the lake and games for children. I would come again

What an incredible place, it has everything. Good service good food, good views, good atmosphere and extremely clean. Without a doubt it has already become our favorite place in Chapala.

Just happened by, and decided to give it a try. It was wonderful, the food service and atmosphere was great. I had salmon and it was wonderful. Hubs had mummy shrimp and it was so good!

Almost at the end of the Chapala boardwalk, you will find this restaurant with a very familiar atmosphere and Mexican tradition. Delicious food with views of the Chapala lagoon accompanied by live performances.

This is one of the only places in the area that has an open area with a view of the lake with no big dirty windows in the way. Really nice people here! Great place to have some drinks and enjoy the beauty of the lake. I haven’t eaten there yet but people seem happy with the food.
